OUR POLICY

In our B&B or Apartment, we provide detailed maps and directions to all the sites as well as tried-and-tested suggestions on Rome's vibrant nightlife.

Check in hours from 8 to 22 from monday to saturday. On sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00

Condition: Payment is upon arrival. This bed and breakfast will only accept guests arriving before 22 from monday to saturday.

On sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00.Your arrival must be within 4 hours of the time which you indicated when booking. However your arrival must anyway be before 22:00 from monday to saturday. On sunday before 14:00.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of a booking; otherwise the first night will be charged.

We appreciate a e-mail stating what you prefer double beds or single beds and your confirm exact arrival time because we haven't a 24 hours reception or call the phone number if you are late useful information when you arrive to the bed and breakfast: when you find the street, look for the number of the building, then ring the bell thats is independence square inn because there is no sign outside please take with you the print out of the accomodation.
