OUR MISSION


Unlike many restaurants, "Al Camosco D'Abruzzo" does not offer a long list of classic dishes that never vary. We firmly believe in the fundamental importance of fresh and seasonal ingredients that translate into a focused menu of carefully-studied dishes that cater to all tastes, including vegetarian selections.



With this in mind, our Restaurant proposes a different menu each month, allowing our customers to return and enjoy a new selection at each visit. We understand that customers might occasionally desire something special, and our chef will do his best to cater to any specific requests.




Our Chef binds together wines like: the Montepulciano of Abruzzi; Trebbiano of Abruzzi; the Cerasuolo to delicious first and second plates...
